We have just returned home, having spent 19 days in India - 2 weeks of which were 'on the road' in the extraordinary care of our wonderful driver, Jeetu Rawat. An experienced, skilled and safe driver amidst the mayhem and chaos of India's roads, he was unfailingly cheerful and patient as he 'steered' us through our exacting itinerary, and including places and routes 'on the way' that he felt would be of specific interest to us (2 couples; long legs, 8 pieces of luggage!! Car: Toyota Innova - very comfortable for our 1500 miles and with excellent air conditioning.)
We had only organised with Bhavya Holidays for a car and a driver - the itinerary was of our making and no guides were required. We sent the company our plan, and they quickly came back to us with their acceptance and at a very reasonable cost. Jeetu was so supportive and willing to make all of it possible, despite long hours of driving. He is fantastically knowledgeable about all things India, - answering our questions on all manner of topics, and his command of the English language, even his understanding of our humour, meant that we learnt SO much 'en route' and had great fun together. He was the vital element of our trip - we became a team of 5, and yet he never stopped being our safe, careful, trustworthy, respectful 'enabler'. The Company is extremely good value, professional and accommodating, but the 'magic ingredient' that MADE our wonderful trip was Jeetu. He will always have our immediate recommendation, and would be an absolute requirement for us, and for friends and family wishing to travel in India in the future. Ginny

I have hired a cab from Bhavya Holidays for a Dehi City Tour. The driver was very helpful and was very calm, where ever we want say him to stay or go he accompanied with us. I would never mind to recommend this travel agency to my near and dear ones.

My wife and I recently traveled through Delhi, Agra and Jaipur using the services of Bahvya Holidays and they were truly excellent. The manager, Mr. Vikas Dhawan, was courteous, easy to contact, prompt and very clear and fair on charges and details. He even called us during our trip to make certain that we were satisfied.
Our driver, Charanjeet, really made our trip truly exceptional. He was a knowledgeable, cheerful and pleasant traveling companion. We looked forward to seeing him and his bug smile every morning and missed him as soon as we left for the later part of our trip in Mumbai.
Charanjeet happily shared information with us constantly as we traveled the Golden Triangle area from cultural to historical to food and beyond. We’ve been to India before and have seen that Indian food and hospitality is nearly always excellent but the places Charanjeet took us too were truly exceptionally.
Charanjeet was always fair and made certain we understood the costs for any charges like tolls, parking or for mileage etc.. when applicable. Furthermore, he went out of his way to make sure that we got the best deals with everything from shopping to guides.
Besides being an excellent source of information, Charanjeet was also a meticulously safe driver both on the roads as well as advising us in areas where we traveled on our own. He always made certain that we knew exactly where were going, spotted us instantly when we came out from any area, and was impeccably on time.
The car we traveled in was a Swift Dezire and, while some of our friends were concerned that we should have a bigger car like an Innova, we found that the car was excellent for getting around the busy cities and also very comfortable for the approximately 5 hour drives through the country side. Charanjeet kept the car impeccably clean and in excellent condition.
When researching possible car companies, I found at least one other company that was slightly cheaper but I am very glad indeed that we chose Bhavya Holidays for our trip and will be using them again in the futures. For someone who comes from out of the country, a good driver can make or break your trip. Bhavya Holidays and Charanjeet made our trip truly enjoyable.
