This is a wonderful hotel in a city where luxury goes a long way. I had returned from a 2 week northern trip and it was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. Everything is five star. The staff are excellent. The rooms are extremely comfortable The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport (they say that it is located in the airport district but there are many closer hotels). As you would expect, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very quiet. It all depends how much you pay for this hotel. If you can get a good deal this hotel is well worth it.

i stayed in hyatt delhi 5 times and it has always been proven as the best location and best hotel for business.

i would not recommend it to couples who come for holidays as it is very old school style hotel, with not much personality, and being hyatt, it gets really crowded sometimes.

but the service is fantastic, the breakfast is fab, and the italian restaurant is superb.

Hyatt is absolutely beautiful but what I love most about it is the staff. They are just wonderful. So polite, caring, knowledgeable and helpful-God bless them all.
Club Olympus, their gym, is worth a visit. Told them I was recovering from a back injury and they were so helpful in advising me what to do and attendant Ramesh even went ahead to advise me on my diet and what to do after to aid in fast recovery. Am forever grateful-he didn't have to, and I appreciate.
Their room service is also timely and the presentation wonderful and so are the concierge who even come to check if you need assistance with your bags before you even ask for it-that was touching.
Love everything about it except their pricing system. What you see in the menu is not the actual price you'll end up paying. There are all these hidden charges :-( Wish they'd rectify that.

Room Tip: Just note that due to room card security identification on the lift, the lift can only take you to your floor and no other. Ensure thus you are all put in the same floor.

Flying from South Africa, the flights land in Delhi at around 9am, so my first concern was if I could get an early check0in after spending 24 hoiurs travelling. No problem ! I was checked-in around 10. When I visited the Hyatt had a special of stay for 2 night s and get one free - which actually works out not too expensive over a week, Unfortunately I had to leave for an urgent meeting to another district in India after night two, so still lost out (no fault of the hotel). Breakfast offers a great variety and the buffet at night also looks very good. Pricing is probably on par with 5 star hotels, but I am in disagreement on the $12 (600 Rupees) for a beer when you can get it outside at less than half the price. All in all a good stay, and highly recommended for business travellers not restricted by a budget.
