This is a well located hotel, staff are friendly and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast was also a lovely selection and they were kind enough to give us an early check in on arrival after a very long 24hrs travelling.
However! They offer a pick up service from the airport, I dont recommend this. Uber works brilliantly in the city and you will get a taxi for literally a tenth of the price that the hotel asks for. When arriving at the hotel I made the mistake of not checking how much extra I was being charged, i have a halifax travel credit card so conversation is done at the best rate available, unfortunately without noticing the hotel had already changed the amount to Pounds and added 24%!!! On top for the conversion. I ended up paying almost £100 more than required. So please dont be like me and double check before paying (it had been a very long flight, but not a mistake i’ll make again). And lastly, though the rooms out the front have a lovely view onto delhi, even on the 6th floor all I heard was the busy road below all night. Id recommend giving up the view for a better nights sleep and asking for a room looking out the back at the pool.More
