The service is impeccable in all their restaurants. We had the best experience with the The club lounge team comprising of Chef Gursagar , Aditya , Ravi and Yogesh. They made our anniversary special.
Dinner at Le Belvedere was delicious as always with amazing service from their team.

Stayed here from 20th -22nd May 2022, and the ambience here was so amazing. The hospitality was also nice. Here are the areas to notice from my experience:
1. Dinning
We were staying in a club room at 16th floor and little did we know that we could access the top floor (20th) floating and dinning experience. One of the housekeeping staff informed us early morning and we went there to have our breakfast. It was really different from what we had on the ground floor dinning area. Although the space was not big in comparison to the bottom, but the view and the service is as great as the bottom.
2. Room Functions and Service
As most of the other 5 star hotels I had stayed, this one also had a functional light buttons to control the lights according to the mood which I found really good. Psychological, this really is good. Also the staffs are really good in operation despite of being at the 16th floor, our extra ordered meal was on time (2 mins delayed but still).

The guys we're amazing in terms of their duty. They attitude was very polite, and looked after all the needs. Also, the way they served items on plate was precise.

We had a great dinner at Monsoon in Le Meridien and very friendly and helpful service from Shubham, and Jaskaran Singh. Fantastic chicken tikka starter - tasty spices- and really good chicken tikka makhani and Lamb burrah! and to top really fresh gulab jamun! Was great!

We went to Monsoon restaurant two times. Shubham was our waiter, he was extremely warm and welcoming and worked in a very professional manner. He was happy to fulfill all our wishes. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely recommend it to other people!!
