Undoubtedly the highlight of our trip! Dhruv is a wonderful guide, knowledgeable and friendly - a local who knows all the hidden treasures of Old Delhi. Going on this tour gave us glimpses of Delhi life that are hidden to most tourists. Walking through alleys and visiting temples, shops and trying local street food paints a picture of the rich, vibrant life that exists away from the tuk-tuks and taxis on busy streets. I can't stop thinking of the sights, smells, tastes we experienced and people we met, and of all the things that we did in India, this is the one that stays in my heart.

The Old Delhi Bazaar Walk and Masterji Kee Haveli Visiting tour was an absolute highlight of our trip to India and more than we ever could have imagined or expected.
It fundamentally changed the way we perceived and engaged with the old city of Delhi and opened our eyes to countless little secrets, curiosities and personalities. It also helped us to understand the history, culture and dynamics of Old Delhi and made the city less intimidating and even more engaging and enigmatic than it was to us before (if that is even possible!).
I left the tour inspired and elated, as if I had the secret kernel of Delhi opened up to me. I'll be reflecting on the experience for a very long time to come.
We also felt completely safe and cared for by Dhruv. As he said from the outset 'this is not a shopping tour' and there was no suggestion or pressure to buy, tip or pay for anything which leaves you to enjoy the tour without having to be on guard to decline or haggle in 'shopping' opportunities. The food we sampled was clean and safe - even though we sampled some 'street food' it was all fresh and delicious and we had no concerns about this at all.
It was also amazing to get a collection of photos at the end of our tour - it completely takes the pressure off to pose or capture all the things along the way.
In summary, I could not have enjoyed or been happier with our experience on the Visiting Tour and would say to anyone that this is a 'must do' experience for visiting Delhi - even those who have been to the city before.

What a fantastic experience!
The opportunity to walk in the shoes of an Old Delhi resident and see the city through their eyes was a privilege and not something we could have experienced on our own.
We saw behind the scenes on how the Old City comes alive in the morning, visiting historic buildings, street cafes and markets.
Hearing about the customs and the heritage of the families who live in the city and finally experiencing real home cooking in the home Haveli of the guide was a particular highlight.
Couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough to anyone who wants an authentic Old Delhi experience.
