Karl and I have just returned from a 28-day comprehensive tour of India, with a group of 21 people. Our itinerary was planned by Trinetra Tours and exceeded all expectations. We began organising our tour at least 18 months ago and the dialogue and interaction we had with Mahendra Pal left us with no doubt that we were dealing with a top class agency. Mahendra took everything into account, including the size and ages of our group (50- 78) and everything was planned accordingly. Our guides, Sundeep in the north, and Suresh, in the south, were absolutely amazing - very professional yet friendly and caring. Their knowledge of their country is excellent and their way of imparting this knowledge (both different styles) made it both interesting and enjoyable for us. They were also aware of, and concerned for, our welfare throughout the whole journey - making sure we were safe, eating in suitable places, having plenty of water and rest stops. Little extra things that happened, like a boxed breakfast both times we left Delhi in the early morning, snacks provided and variations to the itinerary to suit our group gave us a good feeling and faith in our guides.
The itinerary itself was amazing, with breathtaking diverse sightseeing throughout. Our hotels were far beyond our expectation, very upmarket and the service provided by hotel staff was exemplary - they catered to our every need with a friendly smile.
Our "meet and greet" man Praveen also endeared himself to our group with his lovely smile, helpfulness, and ability to sort us all out without any problems. Our drivers and co-drivers throughout were excellent, also friendly and helpful - both drivers Rajah and Manuel were very experienced as were their co-drivers.
Mahendra, particularly, made this tour so special for us - throughout the organising time he answered our sometimes unusual questions, kept us informed regarding the floods in Kerala, and generally advised us on the best way to travel throughout India. His attention to detail was remarkable. We feel our tour was an outstanding success due to the services we received from Trinetra Tours. This was my third trip with Trinetra in India (Bengalore, Mysore and some other places) . As always, a beautiful experience. Everything was simply perfect, the guides and the driver were all very friendly and always available to satisfy our needs and requirements (sometimes even changing the trip scheduling upon our requests).

Our family (ages from 7 to 70) visited the golden triangle during the last week of december 2017. Trinetra travels accommodated all our requests and customized the trip to meet our needs. All through the trip planning, they were very responsive and made suggestions only people familiar with the region in India could do.All the travel was planned very well - we never had to wait on tour guides or buses or transportation to and from the airports. Tour guides who accompanied us are very knowledgeable and patient, especially our tour guide in Agra. Thank you Trinetra for making our first family trip in India a very memorable experience.
