We stayed here for 2 days. The stay is good , rooms are clean and the room service is good. The staff is very polite and good. The location is very much comfortable and close to centre of Delhi. Overall the stay is good.More

So this incident happened with my very close friends and the response we get was ; “apko kuch hua toh nai na” as if it wasn’t much of a big deal and we were hyping it up. They took it so casually as if nothing has happened and we have paid it in full. We asked for immediate action which they took none. In spite of us telling them not to clean our room in our absence they still did, and then this incident happened and as usual response was if itna hi big deal hai toh aapko raat mein hi check out karna chaiye thaa. So they expected my friends to check out in the middle of the night in a totally new country as they don’t belong to our country. My friends couldn’t sleep the very whole night as they were scared. None of the senior staffs or the manager bothered to check if their guests were fine instead told us to not make it a scene. When we asked for a feedback form they said we don’t keep any feedback forms and told there guards to kick us out. They very casually said that hona hoga toh woh toh kabhi bhi ho sakta hai like it happens every other day.
Please don’t choose any properties of Hotel Le-Roi as your stay.
