We used this hotel twice during our time in India. Off the main street, it can be a little difficult to find. On the plus side this does mean that it is very quiet. This peace is something you need I think to truly enjoy Delhi. The staff were very helpful and the room service was great. We stayed in two different rooms, both identical. We were surprised by a few touches that you don't often see in the more budget options:

Big thick mattresses
Two pillows each
WIFI
A good working generator

I can't fault it really. Maybe the rooms were a little hot and the showers weren't fantastic. The area outside the hotel is a little smelly. With all this said, these are things you come to expect when you are working with a certain budget. I would definitely stay there again.

I have used that hotel several times and will use it in the future. No reason for complain. The only disadvantage is, that very often taxi drivers from the airport do not know its location. But otherwise it is good: clean, cooperative staff, no noise from main street.

I have stayed here several times and find this hotel very good value. The rooms are pretty good compared with others in the area, with okay bathrooms and reliable hot water. The location is great; off the busy street but with all the backpacker facilities just a few steps away. It's a 10 minute walk to the Metro, and not far to the railway station for inter city trains. Lots of places to eat nearby. I don't usually eat at the hotel as there is more variety and faster service outside. The staff are not overly friendly, but are very willing to help if asked, and provide a trustworthy booking service for trains etc. I will certainly use this hotel on my next visit.

We have had a pleasant stay in this hotel, in a quiet alley near the main backpackers area. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, close to the train station.
