I reached this hotel on 13Aug19 morning 4.30am though i was having the booking on 13Aug night stay ,before coming here itself i requested the Hotel for early check-in ,they responded yes for sure it will be provided with very nominal charges I thought great.
When i reached here and asked for early check in the guy(name:subratto) sitting on the front desk very arrogantly and in a perfect non pleasing way told not possible it will be at 6am even though the room was available.
No no this is not the end this is starting.
I went to there restaurant for a tea to spent 1hr, don't get shocked to see the bill of 46Rs for a cup of tea in a budget hotel common men like they are running Taj restaurant there,miss match between there bill and restaurant is clearly visible non accomadating restaurant.
The last shock started here when i went down stairs at 6am and asked the same guy to give me the room, The early check in charges he told me was 1000Rs whereas the room deluxe one which i booked was around 1500Rs, so mean almost for 6 hrs you are paying more then half of 2nd day rent. In a condition where i literally wanted to go on bed i ended up in paying 1000Rs extra. This we say Monopoly which here hotel is looting the customers. They dont have breakdown for early check in charges. After that the rooms provided which front desk guy told i upgraded your room was like confined space room on the ground floor it was extremely small room. When i told him this room will be suffocating then he gave me some old rooms which was in my package and i think those were little spacious ok to spend night though the telecom wasnt working no toiletries were in the room i went asked them to give all these small items.
The most useless thing in hotel which i noticed:
1. Non pleasing staff at front desk(night shift) arrogant.
2. Ground floor rooms were extra small.
3. Construction was in progress at 2nd floor where they gave me next room morning they started banging hammers on the walls
4. Costly restaurant, They are charging extremely high price.
5. Early check-in they will let you wait even though room is available and ask you to pay never disclosed amount of 1000rs at 6am.
6. Non transparent management they keep early check in charges hidden until you reach there,and stuck in between and left with no options to take that high charges burden on you.
7. No courtsey to the guest,they are running a business without providing proper eminites.
Important for any hotel is to take the guest in a pleasing and accommodating way listen to the guest as the money they are paying is hard earn money.you can run a loot machine in the name of hotel.
Tip: Avoid this hotel i am sure there is nothing in this hoyel which will make you impress.
