We where really pleased with the hotel. First of all our room was nice and very clean and big enough for 2 person, nothing was missing. Our cleaner Santosh Kumar - was great! The restaurant was very good. The chief Mr. Vaibhav Kaushik and the waiter Rohit were very good and serviveceminded and made our visits at the restaurant memorable.
We will defiantly visit Royal Plaza Hotel again!More

Excellent service and hospitality. The staff goes extra mile to help you, overall a wonderful experience. Our corporate event was managed by Shubhi and Jeetendra, and they did all that's possible to assist us with the event. Chef Vaibhav Kaushik personally took care of everyone at the post event dinner party. Overall, I wish them the best of luck.

When I checked in the reception staff sabaudin was very freindly and helpful. Shubhi was also very nice to me she escorted me to the room and explained the hotel facilities. Brekfast was delicious and looking forward to come back. Surely will recommend to my friends and family.

Without any doubt perfect location but pathetic service, at the time of check inn they don't offer any welcome drink, not even water. Basically hotel staff dont care about the clients, Room telephone were not working,
