This hotel looks very nice and has a lot of potential, but this is NOT A FAMILY hotel as they claim. Good things first: rooms are very spacious, food is very good. Bad things:
- Kids are allowed to use a swimming pool only from 10-15h. Who wants to go to the swimming pool with kids and to go out after that in the winter time.
- Kids are not allowed to use Jacuzzi
- Playroom has been rented out for some external birthday celebration from 15-19h. So we paid for the service that we couldn't use. So no swimming pool and no playroom have been available in the same time
- Cartoons on all the time in the playground. We couldn't even agree with the girl working there to switch them off even when our child was the only one there.
We will definitely not come back until they change their rules. For the same price you would get much better service with no crazy restrictions in many other hotels (e.g. Olimp Zlatibor).All the families that were in a hotel shared the same opinion.
I hope that management will take this feedback seriously, improve the service and make this hotel a real family friendly hotel.

Having in mind that our guests are people without children, as well as families, we have determined children hours (10 am-3 pm every day, except Mondays, when the hours are 11 am-3 pm) in our spa center so that every guest can experience what they came to our hotel for. The limitation of facilities that children can use (only saltwater pool and salt room) are determined based on health recommendations rather than anything else.
When it comes to our playroom, it is open for birthday parties, so we apologize for this inconvenience and hope that it didn't affect your stay too much. The TV is usually on in the playroom since the kids love having something in the background while playing. Having said that, we do honor the wishes of all parents, and if the child is alone in the playroom or if all the children/parents agree, the TV is always turned off. Unfortunately, on the last day of your stay, the other children wanted to watch TV, therefore, the playroom employees couldn't turn it off as they did when your child was alone in there.

Very nice small hotel with spacious rooms and good spa area. Staff were hospitable and helpful. Perfect location on the hill, very close to "Slatina" spring and just two minutes from the huge park.
Maybe they should consider pool extension in the future and changing the bar status to "non-smoking".

I’ve just arrived from the buisness trip,stayed at this hotel-great spacy room and bathroom,comfortable bed,excellent food,polite staff,girl at spa did great massage job,fast check in and out,ok spa,very good lokation-good value for the money

Nice new hotel. Apartment room is spacious, clean and relaxing. Spa facilities were very nice. I found the warm ceramic bed so relaxing, I almost fell asleep on it. Unfortunately was unable to enjoy a massage as time didn't permit.
