The four receptionist possess excellent customer service skill, they have been great all along. The room maintenance team have been doing a great job as well in keeping my room tidy and xlean. Hotelinn has been a great place so far, I've enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are okay. Their hospitality is one of the best. The hotel staff are friendly. The checks and verification before checking into my room gave me sense of security. Their food is not bad too, at least for the one tasted. It's quiet, not noisy like other hotels. I like how everything I needed were in place.

The chef is great and the staff at the restaurant are ever smiling and willing to accept feedback. The rooms though small in size, is very comfortable and conducive. The staff are generally well mannered and very professional. I recommend them to anyone visiting Lagos.

The hotel is new, clean and neat. Super services provided. Welcoming and supportive workers.
However, there is NO DSTV, imissed my favourate games. No Bar, alcoholic drinks, suitable for non drinkers, mattress was very hard, not confortable for me. They need to work on these.

I traveled with my dad and this hotel was a very nice place to stay. The room was really neat and modern. All the staff are very polite, friendly and professional. The price of the room was also quite impressive considering the area and proximity.
The only two things that I think they can improve on is the main entrance is not quite apparent for map users, you'd easily confuse the exit for the entrance. Also, the food options in the restaurant is quite limited, however, it was easy to order food since there are many nearby food vendors.
I will definitely use this hotel next time I have something to do anywhere in VI or Lekki.
