Small room but adequate with full on view of the valley. Comfortable and clean.
Overpowering unpleasant smell in the bathroom was finally traced to cleaning products used throughout the hotel - rather unfortunate.
Breakfast buffet had full selection and service was good.

Stayed at this place while visiting. The place was ok. The heater did not work well and it was cold and rainy outside. The cable TV had few channels in languages other than Arabic. The location is super convenient. Parking is available right in front of the hotel, but is first come basis. If you arrive late you may not get a spot.
Hotel offers breakfast for extra charge and it is very basic.

The main alley to get to the Kasbah and the medina are just 50 meters away from this hotel. Most of visitors will spend more time visiting the medina compared to other nearby attractions the town has to offer.

Parking spots are limited but we managed to get one right in front of its entrance since we reached there early afternoon. However, as usual in Morocco, parking attendant needs to be tipped. A few dirhams during exit will do it.

It's a 3-storey building and guestrooms are on the first and second floors. Elevator is available although it's a little small.

Our standard twin room came with 2 single beds, a couch, dresser table, TV, A/C, shower (hot water), and toilet.

Breakfast was available with surcharge but little too expensive.

Overall I think 4-star standard is a bit overrated. 3-start is more likely for such facilities and comfort level.

Room Tip: Rooms facing pool are mostly sought after.

The main reason to stay here is that it is one of the very few hotels in this town that has enough rooms to accommodate a bus tour.

Otherwise I would recommend staying at a higher rated lodging.

The staff are not friendly or helpful. The rooms are clean but very small.

There is a lot of outside noise till 11 pm.

WiFi works ok in the rooms. The food is ok. The view from the porch is very nice
