Imagine I had to change room 3 times for a 1 night stay. The first room given had a guest in it. Are you serious? The second room was dated but functional. But not until the hot water leaks from the sink in the bathroom, with a noisy sound. Twice. Not once. Maintenance people did not come when called. Third room given was ok. But it was already 11.30 p.m. No time to notice anything annoying by then.
The front office was very polite though. A young, smiling all the time. That's the spirit.
The management needs to buckle up!
