Very friendly and efficient staff. Room very modern spacious and comfortable. Breakfast tastey with wide range variety of Asian and Eurpean food. Rhe view from the roon very inviting. And ofcoure i must mention the cery attentive Annie that helped us wirh all quwstions related to our viait
We stayed here for three nights and found it a most convenient location for visiting all the sights in Ninh Binh - everything was within walking distance or a short cab ride away. The room was comfortable and had a great view.
Most special was the great team of staff who made us feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Hotel managers Annie and Long gave personalised attention to our needs, checking in on us each day to make sure our day was well planned, recommending local spots to visit. We had the group to stay at the hotel. We also had dinner at the restaurant. We had great experience with the staff of the hotel. Annie was very friendly and welcomed us when they came, also chat with us at outside garden bar. I also mentioned Tuan Vu, the bartender that made the good drink. We will definitely be back. Nice hotel, Nice Hotel staff Ms Annie are friendly people , keep improving the service good job. The room was clean, big and nice. The hotel decoration was lovely. The breakfast was many choices.
