This hotel is truly a must-go-to!!
We are so happy that we decided to book this resort for two nights.
Front desk manager very friendly and hospitable during check in, we truly felt at home!

Really spacious room and amazing shower and big bad tub.
Breakfast buffet very very very extensive, from pancakes, French toast, poached eggs, pho’s, dim sum, salad bar, fresh cheese to a pastry table.. amazing!
We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and it was really good.
The only strange thing was that we had dinner in the restaurant two nights in a row ( the hotel is half an hour drive outside the center) and that the second night we received different service, as in the first night we did not receive refreshing towels prior to the meal and no bread and butter.
Second night we received refreshing towels, bread baskets with butter to start with.
Also the first and second night my friend had a tuna steak (since it was so good!) and day one she ordered 1 portion of French fries as a side order. She received around 10 fries on the same plate as her tuna, second night we ordered 2 portions of fries and suddenly received two super large bowls... you could very clearly see that someone else was in the kitchen the second night.
Pomelo salad during lunch was amazing as well!

Pool really nice! Just around 3pm we left since there came, what looked like a bus for of teenage school children who kept running and screaming around the pool area. Not very relaxing.

We had a tour to Tam Coc which we booked via the hotel, which was reaaally amazing!
Big big compliments, would recommend to everyone.

We were a little apprehensive prior to our arrival as booking the hotel had been a bit of a rocky journey. The pictures looked amazing but our experience with service had not been at par with international standards. At a later stage however things improved as a senior member of staff got involved and inspired confidence.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the excellent service and personal attention provided to us. The room was lovely as was the property but the thing that will ensure our return to this property and to Vietnam was the amazing hospitality and service provided by the staff. If we had one person to thank for this truly wonderful and memorable stay, it would be Einda who ensured that every aspect of our stay was beautifully curated and all our needs and whims were catered to with upmost care. She is clearly one of the most passionate hoteliers we have have met and her passion shines through in every aspect of guest relations we encountered. She is a little superstar wow-ing guests with what this amazing country has to offer as well as inspiring and guiding junior staff to ensure service is at world-class standards.

She went over and above what was expected and had us wishing we had booked a longer stay. 3 days rolled by so quickly and we do sincerely wish that we could have stayed for another couple of days.

The F&B team was also amazing. They catered for our vegan dietary needs and ensured that the quality and variety of vegan options were both delicious and plentiful.

The property is lovely and we recommend a stay of at least three days.

This is a big, but good resort hotel with the room in bungalows. Nice pool, good massage. Good tours with guide from hotel. Don’t miss Tam Coc boat trip. You can also rent bikes and do a nice easy trio to the nature reserve.
