This was a pleasant guesthouse in an excellent location. Cute inner courtyard. We had an upstairs room with its own spiral staircase in the back. Very clean. Decent bathrooms (we always bring our own products) and beds. Liked the separate seating area in the room. Good wifi connection. The adaptors In the room were really useful. We liked the free chai and snacks. The fridge was helpful for cooling water down. Staff were great. Breakfast was ok.

Like other B&B and hotels in Bukhara the Emir hotel is an old house which belonged to a Jewish family. Centrally located at walking distance from main touristic sites. Rooms were very big and beautifully decorated, distributed in two stories and around two connected courtyards. Breakfast was abundant, may be a bit too much. Although not particularly cheap when compared to others (45$/night in June 2016), it is a good value for money overall.

We stayed at the Amir Hotel in June 2016. Its rooms are clean and comfortable in a very interesting traditional style. The staff are extremely friendly and there to please. The Air-conditioning worked very well to help relieve the hot Bukharin Summer! A simple breakfast much like what you get everywhere in Uzbekistan. Definitely a good mid-range place to stay.

A perfect location in the old Jewish area.
The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was huge, fresh and delicious. It was composed of eggs, fresh fruits, Ouzbek bread, yogurt, pancakes, homemade marmelade...
Vladim, the manager, has done everything he could to help us: he exchanges us some US dollar to sums at a really good rate, he phoned to the flight company that had lost our luggage until they found them!!
During our stay at the hotel it was also the birthday of my husband and he had been offered a bottle of wine!
The price is really good for the service you get!
No doubt that this is The place to stay if you are in Bukkhara!
