Good location in the heart of old town but surprisingly it's hard to get there by the car ,because there are a lot of one way streets around ,also there is no sign at all to show direction to the hotel .Clean room ,but a bit dark no central light.Friendly and helpful staff .The restaurant is kosher ,so don't expect dairy product or traditional breakfast. The breakfast is served from the set menu.Is best to ordered the night before to avoid waiting (small dining room).WiFi O.K. free of charge.
For dinner you can find something better outside the hotel. If you pay with credit card ,you'll have to pay 2 percent more.

Very helpful, English speaking staff. Helped to arrange car hire, laundry, etc. Restaurant in hotel is small but good food. Breakfast is included. Right next to the main square and 5 mins from great central markets - must see. Rooms clean and adequate, free wifi. Highly recommended.

This is one of the small hotels that attract you with it's unique and homy athmosfere. Staff is very friendly. Room is light and clean, recently rennovated. At the time of my trip the weather was cold and snowy, but the room was comfortably warm. If you arrive before the check-in, you can leave your bags in a storage place by the lobby.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city right by the synagogue- 2 min walk to the city-hall (ratusha), 5 min from the main street, cathedrals and art museum. Restaurants, coffee-shops and shopping area are just around the corner. The train station is in 15 min walk from the hotel.
The lobby bar is nice. All food is kosher.Breakfast is included in the price. I loved their cappucino made with soy-milk.
During my past trips I stayed in at least 2 other hotels, but this one is my favourite. I would definitely stay there again.

Room tip: There are rooms for people with limited physical abilities on the ground floor.

Hotel and its amenities were very nice and good quality. Room was clean and staff in hotel was VERY friendly. Breakfast included into room pric was good - not big but enough.
Location of hotel is middle of everything - walking distance to all places.
