This great restaurant remains largely undiscovered by westerners. It is about 5-10 mins from the town centre but well worth it. Specialises in fish - huge variety - and unusual meats such as crocodile, wild boar, soft shelled turtle, frog etc. Very authentic Thai cuisine - caters mainly for Thais. Very reasonably priced. Nice décor. Reasonable service. No English spoken but English menu. Point to what you want. Important tip! The chef is used to catering for locals. If asked 'how spicy?' reply 'very very little' to get something which you will likely consider hot. My friend thought that he was a veteran chilli eater and asked for medium - big mistake!
