A majestic place of historical ruins fills with lots of beautiful structures. This place have many angles to take photos & its a nice place to seat in certain places if the weather is cloudy or during sunset time. A heads up, visiting all the temples in Ayutthaya encourage to wear long pants or long gowns to make the temple visit entry easier otherwise have to purchase a local "sarung" wardrobe at the nearby store. Visit on this month is extremely hot and need to make sure to drink lots of water. The place is open until 7PM. As long as you are holding the ticket entry, you can stay until the temple close up at 7PM.
Honestly this place took my breath away. I was able to record some absolutely amazing footage for my Youtube channel and get some amazing photos which I uploaded down below. I really recommend going and just taking in the beautiful scenery and historical significance of these ruins. You'll see lots of women dressed in traditional get up as it's free entry if you do so, there will also be lots of monks. It is a no drone area I believe so keep that in mind and wear comfy shoes.
This old historic site can be visited in about an hour's time. I especially liked the Buddha head in the tree.
This temple has the old ruin feel. Just like stepping back in time when you go here. Beautifully made. Exceptional light for a photographer in the corners "hallways". Many people stop at the parking and look at it from a distance, I understand the urge not to go into all of the temples, but I recommend going inside this one
While we were generally disappointed with our trip up to Ayutthaya this Temple (previously the Kings Mother Palace back in time) was a highlight. Next to the river it was an impressive structure but sadly needs work to maintain it
