The Hadoti Palace turned out to be more than we had expected. It was clean, rooms were spacious, service was good. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Since we stayed on the New Year's Eve, there were many guests and it appeared that the restaurant staff was a little inexperienced in handling the crowd. The Restaurant Manager was trying very hard, but how can he do everything on his own?
Other than that, we had no issues. I would still recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel, with a HUGE reception area, also housing classic cars and motorbikes. I travelled with a friend and stayed 2 nights in gorgeous suites. Lovely large rooms, big comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Very tastefully decorated, my suite was complete with a refrigerator, table and chairs, a lounge seat and footstool, and a dressing area. Wifi in reception but not in the rooms. Nice grounds and a clean looking swimming pool, though we didn’t use it. The food was good, but language was obviously the barrier and despite pointing on the menu to place our order mistakes were still made each time. If I returned to Bundi I would happily stay here again
The hotel and staff were really nice ,the hotel rooms we had were amazing as we were lucky enough to be given up grades upon arrival, thank you very much very much appreciated. The one thing that let this hotel down was the restaurant, as every order over the two days stay were wrong. That being said it is down to the fact of covid and no tourism..
Arrived late at night - 9.30ish - only poor western food available. Staff were dismissive and laid back in attitude so very meagre meal after an exhausting long journey. A very long walk to find room which was a disappontment. Shaving mirror hanging off of wall, unclean with pink mould all round bathroom! Breakfast the next day was no better, white toas pre made, very little indian food available. Hotel was scruffy and badly maintained. Wish we'd slept on our A/C coach
Very good property ill managed by a rude and inefficient staff. The hotel is cutting costs by having a single shift in the kitchen resulting in totally nothing on offer to eat after 10 pm. Any late checkins are therefore expected to fend for themselves. The hotel staff is absolutely inconsiderate towards this aspect and has the audacity to question you that we cant keep waiting for you in case you checkin late, which is sadly the job of a hotel. Attrocious experience
Nice clean hotel with good service and good food. Only spent one night there but the room was good and the bathroom was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful and we got a good sleep as the hotel was quiet at night.
