Fantastic hospitality by the whole team. Highly recommend this place. Walking distance to the bird sanctuary, rooms are comfortable, great hot water, and they even provide packed breakfast for you to take into the park. Reasonably priced too.

Very warm and hospitable staff. Mr Laxman Singh upgraded us to the cottages which was much appreciated. A beautiful courtyard with banana plants and other foliage really improves the ambience. They took excellent care of my elderly parents including bringing their meals to them at their room because they weren't able to walk up the stairs to the dining room.

Good choice of food in the dining room that my wife (who avoids spicy food) was able to enjoy as well. The staff is also happy to provide a packed breakfast, which allowed us to get an early start on our birding trips. The proximity of the hotel to the Keoladeo National Park is excellent and we were able to get rickshaws for the park right outside the hotel.

We were in a bit of a spot when we were informed that our confirmed reservation with full amount paid in advance to Kiran villas palace got cancelled without prior information. We had already made the journey and had my aged parents with us. By sheer luck Mr Laxman of Hotel Sunbird managed to give us a room that saved my day. The service was nice, clean with nice ambience. The food was good though slightly pricey. Overall it was a great stay.
