This particular hotel is a disgrace to Ginger Brand. Ginger is a No Frill hotel and does not offer luggiage drop to the room or lugge pickup, no room service for water etc. Inspite of that they charged Service Charges of 10% and on top of that they levy GST on the Service Charge as well. Ginger does not offer any Service other than giving the room. Why then is the service charge levied is not known. The guest comes to know about the service charge at the time of checkout when there is no time to argue for its removal. I got a email from Ginger asking for my Feedback. I replied to that email and the email bounced stating that email box is full. It seems asking for feedback is only a formality and the hotel does not even check the feedback if given.

The door lock of the room was not functioning and on complaining I was told that I am keeping the card close to the mobile due to which it is getting deactivated whereas I was keeping the card in the wallet. When there person accompanied me and even he faced the problem, they bothered to check it and found that the software of the lock needs to be updated. Such lack of respect for customer complaints was never seen by me anywhere else.

The breakfast is useless and I would advise people to avoid it by reducing the fares. No Amul butter. They serve some table spread / margarine. Sambar is like water. No variety at all.

Would avoid the hotel in future and recommend others to avoid it as well.

I stayed at the Ginger hotel nashik since i was visiting SULA FEST at the SULA VINEYARDS. The distance to sula from the hotel is really close. the hotel rooms are very basic, but clean. room upkeep is just ok with AC and kettle being very old. however the housekeeping was prompt to provide a hair dryer . the cafe at the ground floor has a standard limited menu and the staff is courteous. komal and laxmi who are at the reception are very cordial. the gym is small but will do if there are only 1 or maximum 2 people in it. good for a one night stay if you booked last moment like me otherwise many other hotels may be better if you book in advance!

The hotel offered us a good stay on our trip to nashik.. The rooms were pretty good. Found an ATM in the same building which was very helpful. Had a little bit of delay for check-in.. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didnt get time to taste the food.
Book ola for the sightseeing.. Jus ignore the autowalas infront of the hotel as they offer ride for unfair charges. Trambakeshwar is around 30 km away from the hotel but sula vineyards, pandavleni caves and panchavati are nearer to the property.

One day trip has never been so peaceful! The check in procedure was quick. The restaurant serves delicious food especially the buffet breakfast had a delectable spread of South Indian , Maharashtrian and North Indian cuisine. The room is quite well maintained. The staff is very caring.

The best people are Pawan, Jitu they served best at Restaurant. Rest all just employee of Ginger. The hot water at shower was not coming.
Service hrs limited no body picks up phone on room service before 7.00 am. It's too bad. Ginger becoming bad.
