Escape to serenity at this tranquil homestay nestled on the banks of a picturesque Gangapur dam backwaters. Surrounded by lush greenery and soothing water views, this place offers a perfect blend of nature's beauty and peaceful ambiance. The moment you step in, you'll feel the calmness enveloping you, melting away all stress and fatigue. The homestay's thoughtful design and cozy interiors make you feel right at home. Spend your days lounging by the dam, watching birds, or taking leisurely walks amidst nature. This homestay is a true gem for those seeking a relaxing getaway from the chaos of city life. Come, rejuvenate, and connect with nature's splendor...and the hosts, Mr and Mrs Kher are both very caring and passionate for providing a memorable stay...

Very scenic.
The owners are a very warm and caring couple.
The food cooked by Uttara was so delicious and simple. They grow most of the vegetables themselves.
We had a very comfortable stay.
The view from here is just awesome.
It's right at the edge of Gangapur lake.

We were looking for a very homaly stay to celebrate our Aniiversary and found "Utopia Farmstay". This was our 1st ever experience to stay at the place other then hotels and we are extremly happy to try this out.

The host Ms Uttara Kher was very helpful and she did few things out of the way to add flavour to our celebration. It was one of our best & memorable anniversary celebration.

This place is not for the people who are looking for luxury and room service.
It is one of the best in the catagory of Farm Stay giving a very homly feelings & treatments. The decor of each room is exceptionally good as the same is built and decorated by the host Mr Adwait Kher personally by applying his asthetic skills

We shall look forward to visit again at the 1st available opportunity

This place mesmerized me!!!! This abode is absolute pristine and stands by its name 'Utopia, it connects you with all the element earth. The place is 'ZERO' e-device zone and & it was a pleasure to be disconnected to all e-devices for a change.
The place is minimalistic, rustic, quaint & classy, all at a same time.Special mention here of Advait (the co-founder of this abode) whose simplistic approach with apt use of materials with finesse is remarkable. Also he crafted & collected the wood work for the place and needless to say each and every woodwork is truly eye-catching and beautiful.
What should I say of Uttara (co-founder for this abode), she takes utmost care of the guest and she takes effort to give you finger licking home cooked food to resonate the essence of this place called "Utopia Farm stay".
We opted for dinner which of couse needed advance intimation and it was so tasty and fulling, the gulab jamun reminded me of "Jhama's", sabzis was so homely and tasty and chicken curry was finger licking good. The break fast spread was well thought, fulfilling and yummy. We just relished on it.
This ultimate abode called " Utopia Farmstay" was an awesome find for us (me & my wife). It rekindled serenity & calm...
SUPERLIKED!!!! 👍👌😘

Room tip: Pls note that this is not an Hotel, It's a farmstay. Keep apt expectations to soak in the serenity

A quaint place close to the Gangapur dam....10 rooms around a large lawn. T he rooms are large and airy. Windows have mesh to keep insects out........though it is advisable to carry a mosquito repellent.
The property is well lit at night.
Each room has been decorated with woodwork from various parts of the country ( each room decor is explained & compiled in a book which is kept in your room.
Other artifacts around the property have been designed and crafted by Mr. Adwait ( owner) - very pretty pieces of work including a graffiti corner and strange wooden markers along the flower beds with old brushes, for hair!!!

I was intrigued by different types of wooden benches, chairs, tables. The key ring had an old cow bell, one of the windows had a nail and wire latch.
All the lights, fans, lamps, AC worked well. The WC & shower curtains could be spruced up.
I loved the welcome flowers on the bed.....(champa)
I also loved my nameplate.....
The food is simple, home cooked meals.
The view from the property is quite beautiful....the gangapur lake is huge.

The hosts ( Uttara & Adwait)  are very warm hearted people and took extremely good care of me. It almost felt like home. My special thanks to Uttara for making my stay so comfortable.

Utopia is one of Nashik's hidden secrets.
Curated carefully by Adwait the carpentry workshop is very fulfilling. The workshop begins with a briefing session and from then onwards the programme is very hands on.
Adwait, Uttara and Saunskruti are wonderful host the homestay experience is as authentic as it can get. The staff is kind and very helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with Acs that make your stay extremely comfortable after a hard days work. The food served is freshly served homemade food which is very fulfilling.
Overall a perfect getaway for anyone seeking peace and wanting to take a quick break from ones routine.
A must visit.

Room tip: The bookings may get full so dont wait for the last moment to book a slot.
