A beautiful "Farmstay" in true sense ! We haven't come across as yet such a place so lovingly made, by the hosts themselves. The rustic styled cottages merging with the surroundings, rooms so aesthetically furnished with self-made furniture pieces and all basic amenities with cleanliness one wants on a holiday. One can go around for the walks of different kinds and grades to be with Nature. Godawari waters in front of the property adds to the charm of the place.The serene and peaceful place with crisp, fresh air, invigorating sunrise and sunset times made our 3 days holiday a very special one !.It was just a wonderful holiday for us..Thank you Uttara and Adwait and your entire team for your warm hospitality. No TV, no WiFi but interacting with guests on the neat and tidy lawn.
For dinner, several restaurants and a dhaba deliver straight on the farm.
Get up in the morning with the birds chirping at the crack of dawn.
A good breakfast with polite and friendly hosts completed the overall charm.
My parents and I enjoyed our one night stay at Utopia on Feb 16 and I hope to visit again with my friends to explore the hidden temples and treks of Nasik.

Good one for a peaceful stay.the rooms are great with heritage style and latest amneties. Peaceful stay. You have common refrigeration and micro oven to heat up the food. The rooms are clean and tidy. Wine tasting at Sula and York wineards are complimentary. Breakfast is also complimentary. Good for a week end tour.the f food at Sula restaurant matches good food at a decent restaurant
