I've been to over 20 Club Mahindra properties across India in the last 10 years and in my opinion this is one of the most average properties which I've seen till date.
Earlier known as Anando Palms Resort and taken on a long lease by Club Mahindra, this place is located at the border village of Hatgad. Located on the main Nashik - Saputara Road, this place is adjacent to the entry point to Hatgad Fort.
Its takes about 4.5 hours from Thane or 2 hours from Nashik to reach this place. Roads are good and the drive picturesque. The entire stretch is largely fertile lands dotted with vineyards. Small roadside stalls sell local produce like grapes, strawberries and sugarcane juice.
Property is small by Club Mahindra standards, having 75 rooms. I must mention here that considering a takeover of an existing resort, the refurbishment of the entire property has been done well, though lack of a swimming pool is a dampener for a summer break.
Good aspects are (1) the restaurant which gets an Excellent rating for the variety, quality, taste and appeal of the food (2) Fun Zone, keeping the kids and elders occupied in activities.
Saputara town is about 6 kms away, as the state changes from Maharashtra to Gujarat. There's nothing much to do in Saputara except for a ropeway, pedal boating in the local lake, a small local museum and various street food options.
There's a good vegetarian restaurant, Sugar & Spice at Saputara recommended for the veggie foodies, if one wants to give it a try.
Weather is hot during the day, pleasant during mornings and post sunset.
Overall, an okayish place. Good for a 2 night break for Mumbaikars.

Day by day Club Mahindra loosing quality. I think more attention toward pulling more business than satisfying existing members.
We stayed two nights in Hatgad property, which is not club Mahindra own property.
Doesn't not have all amenities which club Mahindra claiming to members.
Location wise it's near Hatgad fort. It's not right place to stay during summer time.
Saputara is 6 km away from property .
No swimming pool . Fun zone is as usual boring.
Property is very small. Insufficient parking place.
Poor housekeeping service.
Food offered here was good is plus point. Restaurant staff of nice and cooperative.
Sales team is running after to upgrade the membership is most ridiculous part of club Mahindra.
Not at all satisfied this time.
Need serous attention from club Mahindra.

We stayed at Hatgad Club Mahindra in a 2 BHK. Rooms are huge with a 2 floor setup. Resort itself is new and CM took it 3-4 months back from Anando Palms. They do not have a Swimming pool as the License is not yet received by them. Recreation activities are good and well set. Food is not great as in any other CM resort. They have to still come to the level set by themselves. Staff are great as always and you are cared throughout.

Room tip: 2 BHK has best views.
