I booked this hotel online.nd was looking for our stay in this heritage property.panjim is nearly 35 kms from airport.
This property is located in Fontainehas, a Latin area of the panjim.All the properties in this area are well maintained nd owned by pourtgese once upon a time.lanes are not so wide but very clean.a peaceful are.the building is nearly 150 years old. Owner Mr. Roy converted it in to guest house.it is well maintained guest house.I stayed in room no. 3 on ground floor. It was a big room with antique furniture. A king size bed of old Era, fridge, dressing table, ac, tea maker etc. Bathroom was big with shower area. A small sitting are with rocking chair and a table.evry day we had our morning T there.house keeping service was up to the mark.used hand nd bath towels were changed daily.bed was made every day by their staff.They have rooms on first floor also. They r bigger with a balcony.
But staircase is pretty difficult for senior citizens. So we preferred ground floor . our bfast was included.good buffet breakfast served in the dinning room.no regular restaurant is there. As it is B&B guest house.
Location wise also best.all major area such as mandovi river, panjim city church, 18th june rd(main market) patto Plaza etc. at 3-4 walk.
About the owner Mrs.Nd Mr . Roy,a very caring couple.at the time of the bfast they look after everything personlly.Mr.Roy not only guided me about the places to visit around,very morning he arranged a cab nd gave him instructions nd list of the places to be visited.a very very affectionate nd Co operative couple.
I will rate this hotel highly.A home away home.I really enjoyed my stay in this guest house.nd will certainly stay here if I visit panji again.

My friend Rashmi and I, enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. It’s beautiful location, makes it easy to go around Fontainhas. The guesthouse itself, makes you go back in time. The hosts are a beautiful couple who’ll always help you with anything you need. Will definitely be back :)

If you're going to stay at Panjim, this is the place! We stayed there once, liked it and went back again. It is situated on a quiet road, a well maintained old portuguese villa. The room we were upgraded to was very spacious with quaint furniture which gives the place a special ambience. Very clean bathrooms and I particularly loved the neighbour's music that came wafting into the bathroom through the day! Ample breakfast to start the day and the helpful host can call you a cab or offer advice on any tourist activities.
