This hotel is located up a narrow, sloped, badly surfaced road- not too easy to stroll out off. The rooms are ok , but we were allowed one with a stinking bathroom! On complaining immediately, a boy was sent with a spray. That did not solve the problem and when we returned after lunch it was still stinking. This time we were told that there was no room available to change. Only in the evening, when we spoke to the manager, he arranged for us to change rooms. Very inconvenient! I suggest that hygeine and housekeeping is strongly looked into. This hotel does not come cheap!
The breakfast was good.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days, but it's not a 5 star hotel at all. Not even a 3 star, and I wonder how they have got permission for the casino, although that was the only good part of the hotel.
Rooms - average, but the view was good. Wi-Fi was pathetic.
Interiors average- not even close to a five star.
Food - Spread was good, but repeatative.
Pool-Small size and too much chlorine. Didn't like it.
Gym - Again very small.
Spa- They warn you not to get cheated by outside spa centres, but theirs too is just OK.
Casino is small but was good, mainly for roulette players.
Overall - average experience, but not at all of a four or five star.

Stayed here for two nights. The first room they showed me was very smelly and opened onto a child's playground. I asked to move and was shown another room which was fine. It's very run down though and the pool isn't open which was disappointing.

The reason for the average rating is that it is VERY noisy. All rooms are around an atrium and you can hear everyone as they arrive and leave - including drunken men singing and children shouting at 1 and 3 am. Also you can hear phones, conversations and ablutions in the adjacent rooms. The hotel is not soundproof at all.

I think I was hoping for a little splash of luxury - due to the photos and reviews on here, but there was nothing luxurious about it. Food was yummy.
