Fabulous property and even better service. Great character and history to the very well maintained villas that blend old world charm with modern comforts. Will definitely visit again with family very soon

This Hotel aims to be quaint and stylish and it worked.
This is a 100 Years old Portuguese Bungalow with those typical sloping roof tile look converted into a Heritage hotel.
Welcomed by a courteous and a lovely member of the staff. We were escorted to our room.
Rooms are spacious and beds comfy guaranteeing a good nights sleep. Bathrooms are HUGE.

When you stay here you tend to recollect a dialogue from the movie Mr. India. “ Room ke aage balcony. Balcony ke aage garden aur garden ke aage samundar “.
The hotel has Serene Surrounding and a lovely Ambience
The hotel is at a walking distance from the best casinos of Goa. Panjim Market, Multiplexes, Award winning restaurants and beaches are just 5/10 mins away by foot.
Breakfast was served at the balcony adjoining our room
Kudos to Chef Gobind for a fabulous spread of sausages , scrambled eggs, omelette, fresh Juices etc.
Also the owner of the Hotel Mr. Bijlani is very pro active makes it a point to make the guests comfortable.
Bar is well stocked.
A little Gem you must not miss and to experience the rich heritage and Portuguese architecture of the Hotel when in Goa.
Hope to be here again soon.

Its an extremely attractive place to stay with a lovely courtyard, a calming atmosphere and some spectacular rooms. We had a very warm reception. Staff is confident, well trained, friendly and efficient. We stayed in the Azul Room. The breakfast was served in our balcony overlooking the beautiful view of Campal & forest Garden. Our breakfast consisted of some great choice of eggs & parathas. The best part was the fully loaded Mini bar in our room which was absolutely complimentary unlike other places where it is chargeable. The rooms are spacious with superb bathrooms. The bathrooms are fitted with a walk in rain shower. The location is ideal as its centrally located but in a peaceful environment. It is ideal for both - business travelers and holidayers. We found the place to be kids friendly as our six year old daughter had a great time at the property. I would recommend the place to all travelers. You must try this boutique property next time you are in Goa.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this old Portuguese house that has been converted into a hotel. It is in the heart of Panjim, yet is a cozy retreat from the hustle bustle of the urban life. The ornate woodwork and printed tiles teleported us through time to the Portuguese era. We never thought there would be something so conveniently located, was a comfortable walk to the Panjim market and the casino. My wife and I stayed in the Marrom room which was spacious and beautiful.

It’s a beautiful quaint hotel in Goa. We were there for a quiet holiday and that’s exactly what it was!
The staff are great!!! Nothing is too much of a hassle for them and they’re always eager to help you with everything.

I loved the decor of the hotel and totally enjoyed the services at the hotel. It’s amazing that every room has its own story and a unique character.

Would definitely come back for this amazing experience!!!!
