What a great hotel this is. We were blessed to book for 1 week between the October break so it was mostly quiet when we stayed until the last couple of days.

We had read reviews of a preference towards the French and other nationalities compared to British - that wasn’t our experience at all as we found all star friendly.

Loved the food. A lot of effort went into the food and entertainment. Great to have a traditional band playing in the restaurant one evening

Perfect location. A short stroll into Cavtat which is an absolutely must. Beautiful little town and a lovely walk. We took a boat ride from Cavtat to Dubrovnik. What an experience.

The scenery is marvellous and people are friendly. We were lazy and didn’t think to try speaking the local language. Luckily everyone we met spoke perfect English (and many other languages).

The sunset was breathtaking. Get a sea view room.

Negatives:
- The only disappointment for us was the room which we found to be small despite the upgrade.
- lots of mosquitoes. Not the hotels fault obviously. We should have been better prepared.
- watery beer and awful (!) gin and tonic. But the wine was okay.

I'll tell you that we go there for the second time and we are pleased with our stay. Food and the restaurant crew are ok..they make food constantly and it's fresh and warm no mater when you come to have a lunch. Juices are not very nice.. too many sugar and i supose they make it from concentrate..everything else is nice and tasty.
Rooms are big and cosy..renovated..beds are very god to rest..Only thing I didnt like is closed pool which is in other hotel far from this one for about 7 minutes walk..on rainy days isn't nice to walk to get to it.....open pool is in front of the hotel and its nice..great beach and lot of activities to enjoy in.

Me and boyfriend took a holiday here for a week last year and absolutely loved it. The views from the hotel were incredible. Had two swimming pools, one especially for kids, and their own private bit of beach for hotel guests only so plenty of places to lie and sunbathe. The buffet food was excellent ate all three of our meals here each day and each day the food was exceptionally good. Just an hours boat ride across the water to Dubrovnik which is definitely worth a visit, was absolutely beautiful over there. Great value for money, wasn't expensive at all to get the boat across. We had a lovely walk into the centre of Cavtat was beautiful seeing all the old buildings that were there, didn't take long at all to walk there. Hotel staff were all lovely and helpful. Rooms were lovely and was a very peaceful location, never had any problems sleeping at night. Hotel had entertainment every night which would suit families with kids. Had entertainment and activities during the day for the whole family. Had it's own water sports centre where we did some parasailing which was amazing. Also had speedboats and other water sports available there. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for families and couples. Was excellent and such a beautiful country.

The whole family is dissapointed. The hotel is renovated, but the staff isn't. People on the reception are not kind, especially one bald guy named Marko. He even insults guests and he says that if you do not like it here, you can go. He said that to my mum, even though she paid for holidays in advance and for 12 days. The food is not enjoyable, the beverages are undrinkable, to some rooms there is no elevator, and the only favorited guests are French. Most of them have very rude and offensive behaviour. The guests from Bosnia and Herzegovina are not welcomed in this hotel, even though they leave most money out of everyone. Close to Epidaurus is Albatros, a hotel where you get a warm welcome, the staff are polite and they try to assist their guests at all times. We spent time there in 2016 and we were very satisfied with everything.

I advise everyone to not spend their time and money in Epidaurus since it is an actual ripoff. We were unpleasantly surprised by the Fibula agency and their unprofessionalism.

We stayed here in the late summer and were lucky to have nice weather the whole time. It was perfect. My partner didn’t want to travel much further after flying out and so we found this place 15 minutes from the airport. I could see it had a beach from the pictures however tried not to expect much. When we arrived we were greeted by a view of the riviera through the foyer. Our room was not yet ready but we got our wrist bands and went straight for lunch. The food was delicious all week with lots of choice on offer and variety each night. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and of a good standard. We enjoyed the entertainment too. The drinks were not too bad - we drank them - just not the brands and mixers you would be used to. Cavtat was a great location with a pretty walk to old town and boat ride to Dubrovnik. Overall we had one of our best holidays and would love to go back.
