We stayed for a couple of night at the Palacio at one of their King rooms which was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and a small balcony which overlooked the tree tops for the adjacent Burle Marx park in the neighborhood of Morumbi. The hotel’s location is for those who want to be in a more (believe it or not) secluded part of the city. Chef Jean Georges open his first flagship restaurant at Tangara and it is certainly an interesting place with the merits a Michelin starred restaurant (certainly charges the precise of one with the 6-course menu at around USD 200 per). If you want to commute to work or restaurants in more bustling areas like Jardins, Itaim or Vila Nova, you will have to consider a 20-30 minute Uber/taxi commute.
Spa and facilities were wonderful, lobby bar is one of the most beautiful spots I’ve seen in SP with a true mixologist behind the bar serving wonderful and original cocktails. Tangara is one of the 3 true 5-star properties in SP. Certainly worth a stay!More
