Quite the most terrible service and lack of customer appreciation we've experienced for decades!!
Arrived late in evening as group of 10. Made us queue in line as 1 of 4 staff slowly and miserably checked us in..Sad to see people so miserable in their work!! Room characterless with bed propped up as leg broken! Dusty musty air.
Got even worse as welcome drink involved much card stamping and then meant ONLY caiprahini!! No beer or G&T which had to be paid for. Everything had to be cash only. Dinner buffet cold and leftovers very unappealing.
Can hotels like this survive and exist.
