We came here to get out of Sao Paulo for the weekend and what a good choice it was. The location is perfect and couldn't be closer to the beach. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast was good, the pool area is sensational and I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are basic but clean and all you need for a beach side hotel . Thanks to all for an awesome weekend away .

This hotel is a few steps across a small road from a gorgeous beach. What it's got going for it stops there.

The cons:
- No ambient sound whatsoever = very loud rooms. You can hear horns honking and dogs barking outside, and your loud neighbors through the walls and door.
- Terrifying wiring = exposed wires in the outlets and the SHOWER!
- Gross features = areas surrounding most fixtures (including toilet paper holder, shower knobs, switches, soap holder) show signs that these items were replaced at some point, and replaced poorly.
- Rotting ceiling fan = the normal excitement one might feel at seeing a ceiling fan (yay!) in a hotel room is quashed by the fact that the ends of all the blades appear to be...rotting.
- This not an inexpensive hotel: it cost a squinch under US$200/night for zero luxury.

The Pros:
- Amazing location
- Decent-sized room (we had a 4-person family room) with mini bar, safe and wifi.
- When someone else buys this hotel and decides to do great things, it will be wonderful.
- 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is in the front of the hotel, facing the street and beach.

Room Tip: Choose another hotel.

My company put me up in this hotel for a month while working temporarily in Guaruja. This was a great place to stay. Beach is right across the street, and comfortable walking distance to restaurants in the area. Definitely a 'holiday' place at the beach. During the week not very crowded at all, on the weekends it picks up and on holidays as this past Easter...PACKED on the beach. The hotel has 24-26 rooms so although the beaches were packed, it was comfortable to sit by the pool and/or the outside bar by the pool. The dining area by the pool is very cool and they have an oven/bbq that all guests can use. Probably the only issues I have is that the WiFi was a little iffy, the last week I was there they had obviously had someone come look at it, as it was working better. If you are looking for a huge suite, it will not be here, this is a vacation place by the beach...although my room was small (relatively speaking compared to US rooms) it was always cleaned when I arrived back..as well as a mini bar always stocked. Special mention goes to: Ulysses, Bruno, Edwardo and Junior who took Very, Very Excellent care of me while I was there. Nothing asked was turned down or even thought of as 'putting the staff out'. Excellent staff!!! Thanks guys! Will definitely visit if in the area again and hopefully will be there for vacation and not work!

Room Tip: The rooms by the pool are very cool. Very 'resort' like. I was a little concerned at first by the kid's play stuff outside the door, but came to realize that it wasn't very much of an issue even during the Easter Holiday.

I'd give a 5 star rating if it weren't for the kiosk the hotel works in partnership. The location is superb, the hotel is a little worn out, but clean and e price is fair. As said, the kiosk in front, has the worst service of the entire beach. Such a shame......

The swimming pool is grandious! We loved it!!!
We'll definetely come back!

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony, odd nunbers.

Location - right in front of beach along coastal road, perfect for having a lazy afternoon along the food kiosks at the beach.

Rooms - Clean and nice. Hot water for bath as standard.
