Fellow travelers,
I tend to walk away from a vacation thinking "I really need to give it a review on TA"... But I'm lazy and I end up never doing it. But it's time to give back to the amazing TA community. Finally my family and I decided to visit Gramado. If you're reading this probably you've already decided to go: great decision. And this hotel is surely a great choice! Ok, it's not exactly in downtown Gramado but it's just a 5 minute drive and it's likely you've already drove quite a bit to get there in the first place. But the views of the valley make it soooo worth it. It's quiet, peaceful and beautiful. As for the hotel, it's clean, and sufficiently modern to satisfy the European standards. Start off indulging in the excellent morning buffet and forget about stopping for lunch during the day. And when you get back in the evening the warm pool and spa will make you praise your choice.
On a final note I have to mention the concierge Madison. I usually don't ask for advice because the "tips" always point to some expensive alternative. Madison is a rare breed: he's professional, accommodating, understanding and has a sense of humor. We had him move reservations around, get restaurants to pick us up and plan our stay impeccably. Bravo and obrigado!!!

I stayed in this hotel for part of my honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The views are incredible. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful street. The hotel is also very close to Gramado and Canela, and there are so many great restaurants close by. The continental breakfast is to die for. The staff was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back.

We loved this hotel. It sits on a quiet street off the main path, so it is ever so quiet and has great views. It also has great facilities for children, huge indoor pool, outside Jacuzzi and spa. Staff was very friendly and polite. The only downside is the lack of bathtubs in the bathroom, a godsend when traveling with small children. Absolutely recommend it.

Located a bit off the main path, the hotel is beautiful with wonderful views and friendly staff. The kids play area was perfect and my boys had a blast. The pool and outside Jacuzzi were beautiful and the spas and saunas perfect for the cold weather. Food was delicious and the restaurant recommended. The only downside was lack of bathtubs in the rooms, which makes life easier when traveling with a baby. All in all, one of the best hotels in Gramado. Recommended

The common areas of the hotel are very good, the breakfast is excellent, room views and location are worth the stay but the price was too much for the bad things about this hotel: the room was outdated and not comfortable at all. Small bed, bathroom was poor. The outside of the hotel also looks really bad. Painting is decaying, huge cracks on the walls. Not what we expected for the expensive price we paid.
I would gladly recommend this hotel is some maintenance and upgrades are done, but i've stayed in much better places for less than what I paid for here.
