Ocean palace is located at the end of the main road to natal, right on the beach, making it one of the closest resorts to the restaurants and shops.

They have designed a wonderful pool area featuring countless warm adult pools with jets, shallow children's pools, swimming pools and even a lazy river, all twisting and turning between grassy areas and palm trees.

Plenty of tables, chairs and sun beds make the pool area a great place to spend the day! Enjoy a fruity cocktail, lunch or a delicious gelato pop by the pool - there's really no need to leave!

The rooms are large and well appointed with beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean and Natal's famous Morro to Careca.

The hotel has a great spa, gym and sauna with tons of equipment. There's a daily breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine as well and two great restaurants for dinner, one sushi using fresh caught fish and a French restaurant with an fantastic selection of fresh foods and a top wine selection.

The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging day trips to many of the unique activities around natal.

During our short stay we took a dune buggy ride through the dunes, rode camels, drove 4x4's and ziplined.

I highly recommend this hotel for a great family vacation!

This Hotel is old, need to be fixed, Some rooms are with kind of funny windows that are somehow always open, so the humidity got stuck in the room. We immediately ask to change the room and the only rooms where the windows really close are in the bungalow. The breakfast lots of stuff but low quality, lunch and dinner really poor.
The pool is ok nice view, the beach is not the best spot, the shade got very early like 4 pm. Suoer busy and noisy, I don't reccomend

The hotel have good facilities with different sport and pool areas. The location is ideal, near to the city, but still far enough to guarantee privacy. Restaurants offer good food with reasonable price. However, the room was in a bad condition, definitely not a 5 stars (not even near). Wifi works occasionally and slowly. The breakfast is ordinary, very ordinary. In addition, the hotel was under renovation, bringing a lot noise and dirt, and they didn't even let us know before hand about it.

Room Tip: call before and be sure that the hotel is not under any renovation.

Everything you can expect from a five star resort you will find here. Warm and friendly staff at the reception. I remember Ronaldo and Amanda but every single one of them were very nice and polite. Got a room with an exceptional ocean view! Rooms are big and clean. Incredible breakfast! There are so many pools there that I didn't get to use all of them! The only thing is the bar at the pool. If you order a snack, be prepared to wait. It may take forever. Restaurants are expensive but there are plenty of good ones at walking distance in Ponta Negra. Apart from this, a great place to stay!

Room Tip: Ask for an ocean view room, otherwise you may end up looking to a construction building on the other side of the road

I liked Ocean Palace a lot. The staff is very nice and friendly. Services are excellent. Never had any problem with cleanliness. My 'Luxo' room with sea view was just perfect. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of choices in a wide range, and having breakfast while enjoying the sea view is just awesome. The pool area with the multiple pools, pool bars, and other amenities is always relaxing enjoyable. The different bars and restaurants are worth exploring. The location of the hotel is such that the beach is right in front, unlike many other hotels towards the south where there is a street between the hotels and the beach. I stayed for a week for a conference, without any problem and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Natal. Book from the hotel website to get promotional prices.

Room Tip: Definitely get a room with sea view!
