The hotel is very good and the room is comfy. The pool has an amazing view although the water was very cold due strong winds. The breakfast was wonderful, specially the juices and the tapioca options. They lack a bit of good dinner options since the price is over the average. The locations is a bit far from the restaurants but it's next to the "Natal Praia Shopping" that is a mall with a lot of options of food and shopping. We took wonderful pictures since it was a very romantic place.

Very small hotel, no view from bedrooms, close to the beach but not safe access. The staff was not friendly and helpful. Tinny pool, very different from the deceiving pictures. Extremely expensive restaurant and bar. Not worth the money.

Room Tip: I booked sea view and I got a brick wall view.

The slow service rooms. It took more than 1: 30h to bring me a sandwich . It took a whole day to collect a plate
Poor bedroom lighting.
The pool is very good.
Food restaurant without variety, tasteless and expensive.

We stayed at 2 hotels in Natal and this was by far the better of the two. The entrance is on kinda a side street that makes you go hmmm as you pull up, but the lobby area including bar and such is nice. The staff were decently friendly and accomodating. Our room was actually pretty big and had a large ensuite compared to other brazil hotels. Opened the window thinking we'd see the ocean...peekaboo view to the right, but looked onto some kinda gross hotel rooftops really. The pool area is quite nice and includes a kiddie pool area. the other pool area amenities are incomplete including sauna and restrooms on the top floor.
It's quite a walk to the rest of the ponta negro but you can. The beach right below the hotel is really nice actually and there is a super friendly guy renting chairs and doing food/drinks.

We only had 1 night here which was a relief. Our room had a balcony with the view of a wall 0.5 meters away and the window in the shower opened on to an internal cavity containing pipes. The tv had no control, we got one from reception only to find it didn't work and when reception collected and said they would send another they never did. Some of the sockets did not work in the room, the room phone did not work and we had no towels either. We asked for more towels but got no bath or hand towels. The hotel itself is pretty poor with no real area for relaxing other than the pool, although they ambitiously call it the "aquatic park", i have seen bigger childrens pools! The pool is not heated and subsequently as it is quite deep means it is permanently cold. We only ate breakfast and that was poor too. All in all a hotel to avoid.
