Staff were very nice and helpful

Prices were reasonable

Food at breakfast was excellent... fruit especially nice and fresh every morning..

5 minute walk to the metro.
5 minute walk to a super market

In a safe part of town, no trouble at all.

Good location for food and bars..

Great location in busy area, near metro. Easy access to areas in Rio. Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was very varied. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. Safe area for night too. Room was very clean. Had a balcony too.

There were many different aspects when i decide to book this hotel. Its location ( near to beach and in central area) lets we access to different places in a short time.
Its stuffs were polite and cooprative to solve any problem we had. Its price was budget and in comparison to their facilities was reasonable.
Breakfast consists many different local and international foods and fruits.
Wifi was enough strong. But the only items that i mention were 1. lack of parking space and 2. Free water in the room.
One night we need a taxi to a shopping center to buy a luggage and as a mistake their stuffs did not say obviously to a taxi driver our destination , we were angry but i was surprise when i saw they were responsible about their fault.

We stayed here early January 2017. Throughout our stay we experienced wonderful service from check in through to attraction/transit advice - with endless patience and a super accommodating attitude. The hotel was super clean and nicely appointed, the room was small but provided adequate space for us to relax and rest (see photo) The location is FANTASTIC central to the main attractions. Breakfast was included and was truly first class! I highly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: Ask about the Christ the Redeemer tours; enjoy the very inexpensive basic bar opposite; and get advice on the wonderful subway system

Stayed here in December 2016 and the first thing you should know if you want to book this hotel in the next couple of months is that the hotel is still under construction. In the 37 degree weather we experienced, there was no pool to cool off. We were told to go to the beach (great if you don't mind huge crowds and a drive in traffic). Had I known this upfront, would not have booked here. The lifts were messy due to construction work.

The hotel room was smaller than I expected (don't believe the pics you see online), and the shower wasn't great. I booked 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, and was given all twin rooms. Very annoying.

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Poor form. And not enough toiletries in the bathroom that you'd expect from other hotels. Just soap. And a mix of shampoo and conditioner from a single dispenser attached to the shower wall.

Breakfast was decent.

You are forced to order room service seeing as there are no basic tea/coffee facilities. According to the menu, for example, if you want pasta, you choose the type and then you choose a sauce. I choose "cheese" because it was assumed cheese sauce, as a sauce. I ended up getting DRY spaghetti and grated cheese on the side. Had to call and ask for Tabasco and sauce. How does a chef allow a dish like that to leave the kitchen is beyond me. Why would anyone want dry pasta and dry grated cheese. That aside, another dish I ordered wasn't great.

The receptionist spoke in English and was helpful when we required anything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they improve in the next couple of months. Felt very incomplete, and no effort to make guests feel comfortable.
