An average hotel, with a helpfull staff, If you don't need touristic informations. So, don't forget tripadvisor for restaurants and attractions.
A good breakfast, clean rooms and a small pool, almost a tube, presents the best side of the hotel.
Lack of informations and lack of will are the best examples of what they are doing wrong.
In general, a good option. There is nothing either good or bad.

I stayed here during the World Cup for almost a week.
Pro's:
- The staff is very friendly and helpful.
- The swimming pool on the roof top was nice. It's not very big, but good enough to cool down a bit.
- There is a small supermarket just in front of the hotel.
- Room was okay. Not too big, but the shower worked fine, cleaning was good and I didn't have problems with the bed.
- Breakfast was of good quality with enough choice!
- Cross the street and you're on the beach!
Cons:
- Though I felt very safe in the hotel -do not worry about this!-, when you walk into the wrong streets, Fortaleza can get a bit scary. So watch out and taxi a taxi after sunset!
Conclusion:
The hotel was good enough, I would book this place again whenever I'm back in Fortaleza. Though I doubt if I'll ever be back in this city full of criminality. It's not a nice and very safe place to stay, though the beaches where great!
This isn't a really bad hotel, but it isn't as good as marketed. The staff is ok, they can take some time to come to you, but they are kind at least. The breakfast is nice, they have a variety of good things. The down side in part is the location. It is nice for being near to the beach, however, there is an apartment building crossing the street that makes the location a bit dangerous and the owners of the hotel do nothing about it. The rooms are also quite small, as the bathroom, but they are clean. Your safe can't work and they won't be able to do anything, so you will be obligated to walk with your things around. Besides that, it is ok, not for the price, but it works. The wi-fi is free and it works.
This is not a good hotel. Staff don't care about you, bedrooms are poor, bathroom small, beds unconfortable, breakfast is a joke. The location is not for a family. Across the street you find a bar that is a prostitution point. You can find things better in Fortaleza. Don't stay in this hotel.
