My sister was getting married and she choose the hotel master suite to get ready. I was with her and my mom during all day long until the weeding, at night. The master suite is really nice with an awesome view and balcony with jacuzzi. Besides the structure, the staff is excellent. Always willing to help, treating you as a super star. We got lunch at the restaurant downstairs and the meals were delicious.
On the room, my sister ordered a whole coffee service that was just perfect.

I was in the hotel for one night
When I arrived a had a standard too which was very smal and with an air conditioning making noises like an AirPlain , not acceptable, the reception was very helpful and changed the room right away and then everything was great good room nice bed good shower and air conditioning without noise
Internet is free , breakfast is included and has good options
The hotel is 200 m away from the beach

• No insulation in rooms, so you hear exactly everything in hallway, not good if you are there to sleep. Woke up 7.30-8am from sound of moving beds in room above and it has been going on 1h now, so must be a thourough cleaning.

• Long check-in ln time. Waited approx 40min, no excuse whatsoever

• Breakfast ok, but basic (only real hot item was the scrambled eggs).

• Room service portition was minimal (tried one of the pastas, and it was child portition)

• The laundry service did not understand express concept and showed up 2 hours after the latest agreed time, and only after calling and stressing them.

• Personell is nice, so that's the only plus..

• Late check-out was turned down without any explanation.

I have a very hard time understanding the good comments and reviews for this specific hotel.

Would not come back.
