coming to this hotel almost 10 years we learned that all recamations we made are still being ignored - nothing is improving- they are still going on and it is getting worse - this was the last time we spend our time and money here- sorry for taht, because the staff is not to blame-they try their best...

-during our 10 day stay almost no wifi....reclamation every day - nothing happened .we could see good wifi from hotel seara about 500 m distance - was stronher than our hotel wifi...
-furniture etc very old and bathroom shower black stuff on the walls
-pool dirty and the water was also not clean- when we saw the pool another hotel luzeiro we know how pool water can be....just clear and clean...
- loudspeaker at the pool is defect- only loud very loud possible ... so when you are in the pool area with children etc its to much and we could hear the music even in our bathroom and hotelroom- reclamation did not help...after half an hour the same music-sometimes only 1 CD.....yawn the whole day
-restaurant to small for all the guests, because they have closed a second breakfats restaurant 1st floor some years ago and now all guest have to share 1 restaurant at the same time....so you have to wait and wait for friend eggs or just eat bread....
also the coffe facilities to small for all that people

We stayed here on Monday 9/7/5 , Brazilian Independence Day. We found the accommodations at the hotel very pleasant and a good value for US dollars. We had a oceanview room and were able to watch the parade from our room. All staff were very friendly and the front desk receptionist, Sebastian was particularly accommodating . He was he epitome of customer service, very professional, spoke English , and always had an engaging smile. I trust the management realizes what a valuable asset they have in Sebaastion ! I would recommend Oasis Atlantico to others, and stay here again !
