My only complaint about this place was that I had to leave after only one night. First of all, the price was very reasonable for a Japanese Ryokan.
I was greeted as I pulled into the lot by a smiling, English speaking staff member who took my bags immediately. Check in was swift and comfortable. I was shown to my room. I had taken the cheapest room since I was traveling alone and Just wanted some R&R. Despite the rate, I still had a full view of the mountains and some of the sea, it was lovely!
The onsen was clean, and had amazing views. The next morning I had it entirely to myself. I ate in the Izayaka for dinner and had some of the best sushi I've had since living in Japan. And in the morning I strolled around the property enjoying the incredible views.
I have had some very bad experiences at far more expensive Ryokan's since moving here. This one had everything I wanted and needed. Friendly staff, large rooms, beautiful onsen, great food and scenery. I will definately return the next time I need a recharge!More
