The hotel room was clean and had comfortable beds. The front desk service was nice and they had a lot of options for food and beverages at the front desk if you need. This is an old hotel and they have done a great job of giving it the perfect facelift. I do have to mention that we got in on a Saturday evening and downtown was busy. There's a club across the street and there was a lot going on there and I have a 3 year old so I didn't like that aspect of the hotel location too much. There also must be some bars around because I was rudely awoken around 1am by a large group of individuals who were in a verbal argument outside on the street level. I was a few floors up but unfortunately could hear everything said. It was not a safety concern but be aware that if you stay in a downtown area, there will be noise around. Luckily, my child slept right through it all! I bet the weekends are more loud than other days of the week.

Very nice hotel with clean modern rooms. We only stayed one night but the hotel was centrally located. We did find the bar a bit pricey but then it is a hotel bar. All in all it was a good place to crash after a long day with very comfortable beds.

The rooms are very nice. Not much of a view on the backside but Great remodeled rooms. The night life is great near by. Parking is onsite and covered. You get the code from the desk clerk. There isn’t a buffet or complimentary coffee.

I stayed here while on vacation in June 2018. Our room was spacious, with plenty of room for a family to move around. The entire building is a historic site, and in a fun part of Amarillo to walk around and explore.

Room tip: Higher Floor, with a view of Polk
