The internet service in our room never worked for the 5 nights we stayed. We complained to the front desk for the first 3 days and got no answer, the third day we complained to the manager, who was going to get the engineer on it. Again nothing happened. At checkout we asked the front desk person if we could get something discounted (like parking) since this problem was never corrected. Again we were told NO. The least they could have done was offer to move us to a room where the internet was working, but they didn't even do that. Poor customer service and a manager and employees who just don't care.
