Very friendly receptionist who fulfilled our requests. The room was spacious and clean, just the pool was too small for a hotel like this one. Breakfast was good and the breakfast was neat. We would go back if we stayed again in Dallas.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was a nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It had a wet bar, microwave and mini fridge. It had free parking but I think they needed a little more lighting in the parking lot. I did not try the breakfast. The hotel had several teams staying there but it sounded pretty quiet to me.

The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but he was very helpful (tall, slim African-American man). He told me where to go to purchase a toll tag. I found the place but unfortunately, it was closed for the holiday weekend. When I returned to the hotel, he remembered and asked me if I found it and I told him it was closed. He gave me tips on how to get to places in the area without going on the tollway.

There were several nice restaurants and shopping in the area. It was also close to a nightlife spot I like to go to when I am in the Dallas area. They have shuttle service within a certain radius but it does not run on the weekends.

TIP: If you are driving a vehicle, I recommend you purchase a toll tag or you will receive a nice little package in the mail. Wish I had known this in advance!

I would stay here again and have my toll tag :)

Stayed from the 05th-09th August
Double suite was good, clean, bed comfortable and enough pillows.
Bathroom with bath shower and toilet, the wash basin and mirror is outside the bathroom.
There is a separate area with sink, coffee maker free tea and coffee, the fridge didn't seem cold but wow it does chill the items brilliantly.
There's an ice machine down the corridor which is great.
You'll also find an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the room.
The breakfast was mediocre, cereal, toast, cakes, milk yoghurt egg and either bacon or sausage. Nothing major but something to keep you going.
The pool could do with a makeover, it's extremely small and uninviting.
Only complaint or moan I would have is the air con is loud, like sleeping next to a truck, and it's right next to the bed.
I would definitely stay here again, I work for a major airline and would have no problem recommending Springhill suites especially for the price.
Raymond on the front desk is a diamond, he was so friendly and would look anything up that you need to know.

The hotel is about 25 mins away from 2 outlet malls grapevine mills and Allen premium outlet, omg be prepared to spend!
It's also about 10 mins away from the Dallas galleria mall, Walmart and target. This is by car by the way.
You can walk to lots of eateries about 5 mins walk from the hotel but in 40deg heat I needed aircon!
Driving in Dallas is mad, the roads are crazy so be prepared before you go.
