The worst experience of any of my hotel stays from every hotel stays I've ever stayed at. They do not meet your accommodations and do what other hotels would do with out hesitation. I just wanted a refund, the lady on the phone who I spoke with was very kind, sweet, informative and just cared about my situation. The manager, no. Didn't give 2 sh*ts about anything I was saying. She ended up giving me 500 points to use in the future on their app, I looked up the 500 points and it's absolutely no where near the money I lost due to no refund. Maybe $5???
If your looking to stay somewhere for your family, yes it's beautiful and nice, but if you have any accommodations or issues... throw those out the window!
