The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They have good breakfast that is not the same items everyday.
I really enjoyed eating breakfast a d mingling with other guests. The hotel is very clean...

The sheets were stained with yellow spots. The room stank like fried foods. I opened the windows all four days and the stink never left the room. Since the windows had to be open, and the room was on a busy street, I was awoken all night long.

We continually strive to ensure that our rooms smell fresh and clean without unpleasant smell evidence. If you are unsatisfied with your room, we always try to relocate should the rooms be available. We are sorry that circumstances prevented you from asking for another room or letting us know that you were not happy with your accommodations as we certainly would do everything possible to correct the matter. Place was okay, needs updated. I had reservation issues with this hotel that ruined the first part of my trip. I gave a card over the phone prior to trip and when I got to the hotel the manager said it never happened. Well with all the identity theft going on today its nice to know I did indeed give a card # to a person working there and it was like it never happened. And then got treated like I was stupid because that establishment would never take cards over the phone.

Had a large room which was clean but needs remodeled. Well lighted for reading, but no pillows on the couch or chairs. The breakfast needs lots of improvement. We had reserved two nights but left after one night. Good location, near numerous restaurants.

Convenient to the many restaurants and shops of Addison; nice, quite, comfortable rooms with kitchenette w/full-size refrigerator; several nearby parks for walks; helpful staff. This hotel is constructed as long-term business stay studios/suites, making them more like apartments than the typical hotel.

better choices within walking distance for equal or less money the same dates - in addition, the rate we paid was higher than what was available online as we pulled in. upon asking the desk, it would have required cancelling and rebooking and we had already passed the deadline for xl penalty
