As others have said no elevator, I was able to get a room on the first floor. Bed sheets were thread bare, so thin in places you could see thru them. Bath tub didn't drain, took a shower standing in water. Blow dryer wouldn't work. Kept hearing a buzzing sound when I was trying to go to sleep, found out the alarm clock radio wouldn't turn off had to unplug it. Walls very thin could hear noise from upstairs and next door all night long. Breakfast was o.k. have had better at a Comfort Inn. Did have a nice large tv.

This is an older property, two floors, with no elevators. Not a problem for some folks, but it would have been good to know before they placed us in a second floor room. My husband's bad knees struggled mightilly with luggage up those stairs.

The room was hot and never did cool down. The toilet in our room didn't work; we were offered a plunger if we wanted to come down and get it, but we opted for a different room.

Not a horrible stay, but not the best. Front desk staff was friendly, but not terribly helpful, and appeared to be the only employee on the property at night.

Room Tip: Be sure to specify a first-floor room if you have problems with stairs!

Stayed one night after visiting the zoo. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good (biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, cereals, danish, make own waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee/tea). Carpet in our first floor room needed to be cleaned, but bathroom was clean. We didn't use the pool, but it was available. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows.

Clean rooms. Room size is comparable to other chains in this price range. Hotel located close to large road so intermittent car souns at night (loud trucks, morotcyles). Breakfast adequate. Less than other chains at compareable rate. Pet friendly. I noticed nice area to walk dogs. Pool was clean, small, and well used.

We intended to stay 1 night and get up early the next day for the zoo. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the pool, that after our trip to the zoo, we stayed a second day just so the kids could swim the next day. At first appearance, hotel looked what you'd expect to pay for the per night price, just average etc...but we were extremely surprised at how clean and up to date our room was. The rooms are exactly as the pictures you see posted on the Comfort Inn website for this location. The pool was also extremely clean and not overcrowded. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through. I have paid 2 or 3 times the price in the past at other hotels and have not been this pleased.
