Checked in at Room 513. Room is cozy & comfortable. Whether on the lobby or in the room, Wi-Fi speed is crazy fast! The staff are friendly and accommodating. The lobby is impressive. The food selection in Cafe Ilang - Ilang is among the best I have ever tasted. Overall, to those who can afford... Stay here and get ready to be blown away by the place.

Everyone's super polite. I stayed in a hotel room facing Intramuros. Great view from my window. The pool is alright. The spa is good too. They can do room service. My favorite part was the breakfast and dinner buffet. So good!

Did I say Intramuros? It's a must do in Manila. Check it out to learn a little Philippine history! Walk across the street to Intramuros. Ride one of the kalesas (local horse carriage). The coach man speaks English, sometimes Korean. You'll be surprised.

I stayed about 10hrs only for overnight sleep so my evaluation is only limited for this short time.
The way from the airport Friday late afternoon was horrible and so much traffic it took about 1hr and 30 mints since the hotel is located in a crowded area.
The concierge and reception were great .
The room is spacious and the furniture is towards antiques. The floor carpet is somewhat worn and not too much clean stains can be seen.
The washroom is great with small tv monitor located at the bathtub.

I requested US burger it was great

I stayed in the Manila Hotel for an international conference. As an organizer of the conference, I had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff in room accommodation and banquet. They are very helpful and accommodating. They offered variety of menus and food are delicious. The rooms are good with amenities. The hotel itself is great with its cultural and historical ambiance. Great venue for international conference.
