1, ascott stated free cancellation. we would not have booked if this had not been the case.
2, we were unable come due to Malaysian covid travel restrictions and had to cancel. we gave plenty of notice.
3, ascott then took money from our account fraudulently. when i emailed them they finally acknowledged they had and stated they would refund in 21 days, it should have been immediately returned . it took some time and effort to achieve even this, however its over 30 days later and i have NOT received a refund and they have not responded to my email in fact bookings.com have just returned my email.
