I have stop to stay this hotel for half year and came back to give the chance again on June 2011. Too bad, there is still no improvement.
I checked in 3 times on June 2011.
First time still got lice on mattress which make me itchy and unable have a nice sleep.
Second time, something came out at mid night and played in the rubbish bin. Suspect is rat! The noise make me wake up several time.
Third time, the receptionist give us the room that still not complete clean. Thats a lady used panty and toothbrush in the bathroom! And the room looks like still stayed by other people. But the young manager came over 20 minutes later with no apologise and just ask the housekeeping to clean the room while we waiting in the room. We make a complaint and request to change to another room. They agreed but after a long night stay, we all get bites by lice again.. Already dissapointed.

a good hotel for value for money, i had stayed in this hotel during my 2 visits to malayisa, the mall attached to the hotel is very good, no need to go any where , the indian cusine is superb, all the indians who r staying in this hotel will feel as if they r in india, with beautiful hindi songs played.

Loved the Hotel, its ambience and food.
Only drawback is that it is a little far from the city.
But the frequent bus service to the Metro stations and the Cab services make up for it.
Clean, lovely stay, great view - we were at the Top Floor.. there is a pool, but we didnt have time to use it, although it looked nice and clean.
Helpful staff and true value for money!

Room Tip: Get a Top Floor room if possible

This hotel is absolute perfect for folks who are visiting Kuala Lumpur as tourists and have an itenary that needs them to be out for most of the day. After a hectic daylong tour, the rooms are absolutely cozy to crash down.

The breakfast is a little mundane with limited variety; same items being offered day after day. The food is also made as per Indian food habits and thus might not be a hit with westerners. Otherwise, the hotel lobby has a Starbucks outlet with good snacks to offer.
Else, there is the hotel shopping mall attached where you can get more variations in food.

There is a swimming pool at the 12th floor and the rooms have very good view of the cityscape. Few rooms may have view of the Petronas twin towers too.

This is a little away from the city. But a bus ride to City Center costs just RM2.5 and is very comfortable. Cab ride will be less than RM30.
